Product Development, Senior Analyst/Analyst (Senior Officer/Officer)

About the Role

Support the development and implementation of protection products, including critical illness, medical and accident products. Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect market information and conduct competitive analysis to support product development
• Assist in product design and development cycles
• Develop product literature, launch packs and presentation materials
• Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for different systems
• Prepare business reports and review product literature from other departments
• Coordinate with various departments for product launches and regulatory initiatives
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS regular meetings
• Assist in product maintenance tasks for in-force business
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University/College graduate, actuarial science or related background preferred
• Experienced in insurance products development and implementation with UAT experience preferred (Senior Analyst)
• Self-starter with good analytical ability
• Creative with innovative thinking and customer-oriented
• Team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
