Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Kendal store. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly, focusing on stock management, deliveries, and maintaining a clean shop floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock levels and tracking deliveries using digital tools
- Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
- Adapting to changing demands and priorities across the store
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals
- Operating mechanical equipment relevant to the job role
This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including nights. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
