About the Role

You'll be part of the 영업운영팀 (Sales Operations Team), which supports various sales channels, sets sales strategies, and manages sales data.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing sales support and operational assistance
• Managing and analysing sales performance and monitoring results
• Organising events and providing on-site sales support
• Overseeing contract quality and maintenance rates

Requirements

• Experience in sales support or operations within an insurance company or GA
• Intermediate-level document writing skills (including Photoshop and Excel)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Data analysis and sales planning skills
• A proactive and friendly attitude
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
