Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, providing five-star service at pace, and helping to drive growth in sales. Responsibilities include:
- Providing remarkable service to customers
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment
- Being flexible and adaptable to changing demands
You'll be working varied shifts, including early mornings, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.

Working hours: Week 1: Sun 07:00-12:15 Wed 05:00-10:15 Fri 05:00-10:15 Sat 05:00-10:15 Week 2: Thurs 05:00-10:15
