Senior Market Manager, Vietnamese Speaking (Bangkok Based)

We are looking for a Senior Market Manager, Vietnamese Speaking, to be based in Bangkok, Thailand. As part of the Homes team, you will drive business growth in Vietnam, focusing on maintaining a competitive supply of accommodation listings.

You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement localized supply management strategies, generate and convert supply leads, and manage strategic partner relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing partner relationships with core host accounts in Vietnam
• Prospecting and onboarding new, high-quality supply in your assigned geography
• Analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities and making data-driven recommendations
• Developing deep knowledge of your assigned geographic markets and staying up-to-date on local trends and market dynamics
• Representing Airbnb in external meetings and events with core hosts
• Educating hosts on product changes and cascading feedback to internal stakeholders
• Holding regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Providing exceptional service to core hosts in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in partnership, business development, sales, or account management
• Experience in tech, particularly travel tech, is a plus
• Experience in Vietnam is essential
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proven track record of effectively working a leads pipeline or book of business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data
• Highly proficient in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
