Portfolio Sales Consultant- Hawaii East

As a Portfolio Sales Consultant- Hawaii East, you will be accountable for implementing sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and driving launch activities for an anticipated launch for heart failure (HF) in Hospitals and the Community setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing professional relationships with primary care physicians, nephrologists, endocrinologists, cardiologists, and pharmacy staff
• Driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan
• Managing the P&T committee processes at priority institutions
• Leveraging expertise and knowledge of the diabetes marketplace to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges
• Providing relevant input to other commercial colleagues regarding strategic and tactical planning
• Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans
• Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understanding and complying with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and regulations

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience in competitive landscapes
• A proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role
• Deep expertise and understanding of the cardiovascular and/or renal therapeutic area(s)
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and fostering an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

We offer a salary range of $120,974.00 to $181,462.00, plus additional compensation and benefits.
