Description

NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group is seeking a Senior Silicon Product Definition Engineer to analyze complex silicon and system data to inform product decisions. The successful candidate will define product configurations, identify limiting constraints, and drive optimization from early bring-up through production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product-definition analysis across performance, power, yield, and quality using large silicon datasets
  • Drive product-specific configurations by isolating frequency-power and thermal-limiting constraints
  • Build statistical models, automation, and visualization workflows to improve decision quality
  • Partner with Tools and Methodology teams to left-shift data modeling and test procedures
  • Lead multi-functional root-cause closure with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in silicon product definition, post-silicon characterization, or performance and power analysis
  • Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up, performance-per-watt analysis, and optimization
  • Strong programming and data-analysis skills using Python and other tools
  • Strong technical foundation in digital design, circuit analysis, and computer architecture

Nice to Have:

  • Track record of defining and shipping product configurations that improved performance, power efficiency, yield, or quality
  • Experience with advanced process nodes and high-complexity products
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and decision-making workflows
