Manager, AI/HPC Infrastructure Technical Delivery — India

We are looking for a technically seasoned leader to oversee a team of technical specialists, providing end-to-end technical control over Ethernet, InfiniBand, HPC, and AI cluster delivery across APAC.

As a key leader in NVIDIA's Infrastructure Specialist Team, you will serve as the Senior Technical Delivery Manager, owning people management for a team of Senior Networking (Eth/IB/AI/HPC) Solutions Architects and technical specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing technical team of Senior Networking (ETH/IB) Solutions Architects and technical specialists.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operational reliability of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers in India and APAC.
• Lead technical decision-making for complex delivery projects, leveraging your deep understanding of AI technology and full-stack DC technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, optimizing workflows for network provisioning, system design, automation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery strategies with NVIDIA's product roadmap.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers and partners across India and APAC.
• Ensure the team adheres to technical best practices, compliance standards, and NVIDIA's quality requirements.
• Monitor team performance, track project progress, and communicate technical delivery status, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive technical experience in data center infrastructure, or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of people management experience leading a technical team.
• Strong technical background in NVIDIA DC products, GPU-accelerated infrastructure, and full-stack data center technologies.
• Deep expertise in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, data center architecture, and InfiniBand networks.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing end-to-end technical delivery of large-scale AI/HPC infrastructure projects.
• Strong people management skills: ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of the India business model to address their unique technical and business requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Linux or Networking Certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, HCIE) or NVIDIA-related certifications.
• Extensive experience with HPC job schedulers (Slurm, PBS) and cluster management technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams in a professional services or tech vendor environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML workloads, their integration with HPC/InfiniBand infrastructure, and full-stack DC technologies.
