EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst - FC Quality Verification

Electronic Arts is seeking an EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst to drive critical activities supporting an optimal player experience. The analyst will be a key point of contact for decision-making from stakeholders across production and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create data-driven insights, reports, and presentations to showcase trends and players' sentiment.
• Promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying 'the voice of the player'.
• Advocate for 'the voice of the player' by creating a bridge between FC Live Platform Quality Verification and partners.
• Promote improvements across functional quality, focusing on experiential quality.
• Monitor internal communication channels, public discussion forums, and social media platforms to identify player-affecting issues and collect players' feedback.
• Coordinate with Production to prioritize recurring player feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of experience with testing and defect tracking software, preferably Jira.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Synthesize community feedback and player sentiment into clear, relevant insights.
• 2+ years of experience writing reports and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of gaming consoles and their systems.
• Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Confluence, Miro, and Slack.
• Experience working across different time zones and international teams.
• Understanding of football tactics and in-game strategies.
• A genuine love for football as a fan, player, referee, gamer, or coach.
