Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms, and tills
- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised, welcoming store environment
- Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Support operational processes, including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
