DevOps / Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a Data Specialization to join our team in Risk & Compliance technology. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern database technologies.

Responsibilities:

• DevOps delivery, including buildout and maintenance of environments to support internal projects
• Build and maintain large-scale cloud-based systems
• Automate workflows and processes, especially those related to keeping systems compliant and up to date
• Operational management, including root cause analysis for major or repeat incidents and management of service delivery, troubleshooting complex issues, and building root cause remediation plans

Requirements:

• Required Tech Stack: Python, Bash, Groovy, Ansible Tower / Ansible scripts, Jenkins, Terraform, Airflow, GKE, GCE, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, SQL, Hadoop, ElasticSearch, Network
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working within an Agile environment
• Strong proficiency in DevSecOps principles and tools
• Experience of Linux administration and scripting, preferably Red Hat
• Experience of working with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and continuous testing tools
• Automation scripting (using scripting languages such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
