District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist

The District Parts & Service Sr. Specialist role is part of the Parts & Service Field Operations group, providing dealer consulting and support to the Honda/Acura dealer network.

The successful candidate will be the liaison between American Honda Motor Company, Inc. and Honda/Acura dealerships, focusing on parts and service-related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving assigned parts and accessory objectives
• Improving overall customer satisfaction objectives
• Reducing oil change service time to under 60 minutes for Honda and under 65 minutes for Acura
• Increasing the percentage of dealers achieving these targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, automotive technology, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in auto parts and service, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment
• Knowledge of OEM automotive warranty policies and procedures
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts
• Demonstrated sales ability and strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills
