Concession Manager

As a Concession Manager at Mejuri, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience and supporting the store leadership team with day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximizing results and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Ensuring positive customer experience and promoting services offerings
• Managing inventory, order fulfillment, and storage organization
• Maintaining organizational integrity of back-of-house supplies and display inventory
• Mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product
• Identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks
• Executing and participating in retail campaign signage and window maintenance
• Validating and participating in the successful integration of new talent
• Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive work environment

You'll need to bring:

• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses
• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team
• Solid understanding of great customer experience and how to bring it to life on the floor
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
