HR Specialist (incl. Payroll)

We are seeking an HR Specialist (incl. Payroll) to join our new HR Shared Service Centre in Érd, Hungary. As an HR Specialist, you will support employees throughout their entire employee life cycle, take on exciting tasks in HR administration and payroll support, and work in an international environment with diverse development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers with standardised queries on operational HR issues
• Ensure a seamless employee journey by professionally handling administrative HR processes throughout the employee life cycle (e.g. entry registration, working time changes, parental leave, salary changes, terminations)
• Carry out and support preparatory payroll processes and ensure a high-quality data base for the monthly salary calculation of our Austrian companies
• Convert data into meaningful insights (e.g. create reports and evaluations)
• Collaborate closely with internal HR interfaces and interfaces such as Accounting and Controlling in Austria and Hungary
• Participate in projects to improve processes, standardisation and digitalisation in the HR Shared Service Centre

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in operational HR work (preferably knowledge of Austrian regulations, particularly in payroll topics)
• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, technical school, A-levels or comparable qualification) with a focus on personnel management
• Secure handling of MS Office, experience with SAP HCM is advantageous
• Very good German language skills in writing and speech (at least B2+), good English language skills
• Accuracy, reliability and a high degree of responsibility and discretion
• Enjoyment of teamwork in a structured and service-oriented environment
