Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead full-vehicle integration testing projects from test strategy definition through test execution and reporting. As an Integration Manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans, establishing and maintaining testing quality standards, and driving continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-vehicle integration testing projects
• Develop project plans covering scope, resources, timelines, and risk assessments
• Establish and maintain testing quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
• Lead, coach, and develop integration testing engineers and technicians
• Define responsibilities, performance expectations, and training plans for team members
• Proactively identify project and team risks and implement mitigation and contingency measures
• Lead the resolution of critical issues and manage escalations to senior management when required
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely reporting of project status and key challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of vehicle integration testing experience, including 2+ years of team management
• Solid capability in test planning and test case review
• Familiar with automotive testing processes and global industry specifications
• Skilled in data analysis and professional business report writing
• Excellent cross-department communication skills with rigorous working logic and risk awareness
• Driving license
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
• Willingness to travel
