Executive, Product & Proposition

Prudential is seeking an Executive, Product & Proposition to support the development and delivery of insurance products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting end-to-end product development activities, from customer, distributor and competitor insights gathering to launch implementation and post-launch monitoring
• Conducting market intelligence and proposition research to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities
• Supporting the timely and accurate implementation of new product launches, including preparation and review of product documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder coordination, and obtaining internal and external approvals
• Providing ongoing product and proposition support to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of product initiatives and seamless delivery of customer propositions
• Monitoring product performance and portfolio health, providing recommendations to enhance product competitiveness and customer value

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of working experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product development or product marketing
• Insurance product knowledge, with a good understanding of various product structures
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an added advantage
• Meticulous with the ability to work with agility
