Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Big Box Retail)

Reddit is seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner to join its Large Customer Sales team in the Retail vertical. As a Client Partner, you will form relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-on-year revenue growth.
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and its ads platform.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and client direct relationships.
• Leverage data from multiple sources to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Meet deadlines for all projects, volunteer in team meetings, and participate in special projects.
• Own client meetings, assign roles to participants, identify outcomes, and set client expectations.
• Communicate major platform updates to clients and provide strategic advice to uplevel and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with media planning and ad operations teams to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 3+ years in sales, preferably with Big Box Retail clients.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
• Existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
• Ability to lead special projects.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
