Data Center Infrastructure Specialist

NVIDIA is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join its Professional Services team. As a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist, you will interact with customers, partners, and internal teams to analyze, define, and implement large-scale data center projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data center infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment.
• Plan data center layouts, rack elevations, and simulations.
• Plan cable deployments, ensuring accurate requirements and following standard methodologies.
• Deploy and support NVIDIA products.
• Validate and update work instructions for data center activities.
• Provide input for Data Center Standards updates.
• Document processes and keep event logs.
• Oversee on-site work delivered by partners and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a data center infrastructure engineer or similar.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
• Experience in installing, monitoring, and maintaining data center equipment.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in documenting processes.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred qualifications:

• Network certification such as CCIE.
• Knowledge of InfiniBand Technology.
• Collaboration with R&D and network engineering teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
