Physical Therapist I

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Full-Time outpatient Physical Therapist in Westmont, IL. As a Physical Therapist at Duly, you will have the opportunity to build your practice and grow your career in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

Compensation

• Base salary: $77,000-$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Potential sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
