Sr. Recruiter (Contract)

We're looking for a Sr. Recruiter to lead hiring for technical talent across Singapore, specifically Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Field Engineering leadership.

Your role involves full-cycle recruiting, from initial outreach to close, and partnering with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategies and talent insights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM roles
• Partnering with Field Engineering and Sales leaders as a strategic advisor
• Activating and engaging passive technical talent
• Building and sustaining engaged talent pipelines
• Creating closing strategies that win against competitive offers
• Using data to drive workforce planning and hiring process improvements
• Championing a world-class candidate experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting in the software/Data/AI industry
• Track record of scaling teams at a high-growth company
• High energy, grit, and a relentless work ethic
• 'AI builder' mindset with credibility to speak to technical candidates
• Comfort with chaos and ability to prioritize ruthlessly
• Strategic partnership-building and influencing skills
• Creative, resourceful approach to sourcing
