Retail Executive

Join our Golf At Goodwood team as a Retail Executive and play a key part in delivering an exceptional retail experience across our golf venues.

As our Retail Executive, you'll manage the day-to-day retail stock, supplier relationships, merchandising, and purchasing to ensure our shops are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and commercially successful.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from raising purchase orders to stock receipt.
• Monitor stock levels and performance, ensuring systems remain accurate and up to date.
• Support stock counts and stock control processes.
• Create engaging visual merchandising displays across multiple retail locations.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and manage delivery schedules.
• Act as a key point of contact for retail-related customer, supplier, and colleague enquiries.
• Support monthly and annual retail reporting processes.
• Share product knowledge with colleagues to help drive retail performance.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager to identify opportunities to enhance sales and profitability.
• Support the wider Golf At Goodwood team and golf events when required.

Requirements:

• Prior retail experience within a busy customer-focused environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and retail systems.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in retail performance.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Full driving licence and access to reliable transport.
