Sales Trainee - Gardena

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Gardena. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities

• TRAINING: Participate in a training program to become eligible for Account Sales Manager roles.
• BUSINESS ACUMEN: Understand Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, and establish friendly relationships with customers.
• DAILY PREPARATION: Obtain necessary tools, communicate with ASMs/DSMs, and train with ASMs.
• IN ROUTE SUPPORT: Cover ASM routes, meet daily KPIs, and focus on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• OFF ROUTE SUPPORT: Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.
