As a Senior Project Engineer, Land Development, you will lead transformative land development projects that help shape growing communities. You will combine technical excellence, project leadership, and client collaboration to deliver innovative solutions from concept through construction.
Your Impact
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve quality, schedule, safety, and financial objectives.

The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing or eligibility for registration in the applicable province.
- Extensive experience delivering land development, site servicing, and municipal infrastructure projects.
- Proven success managing projects, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, approvals processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong technical proficiency with civil engineering design tools and project delivery methodologies.
- Commitment to safety excellence, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
