We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager to join our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice. As a Principal-level role, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review and analyze requirements specifications, and provide solution alternatives. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and diversity.
The Oracle Cloud practice helps large global firms and recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption. You will lead program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programs, from early-stage assessments to design, build, deployment, and hypercare.
Responsibilities:
- Leading program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
- Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops
- Managing all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources
- Managing large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions
- Using knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and industry guidance to support executive-level business decisions
- Inspiring and developing junior colleagues
Requirements:
- Experience in leading program management functions across Oracle Cloud transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud roadmap and industry guidance
