Senior Producer

Electronic Arts is shaping the future of entertainment with interactive experiences that inspire players and fans globally. The Marketing team plays a crucial role in building content, culture, and community around EA's brands, including The Sims, Madden NFL, EA SPORTS FC, Apex Legends, and Battlefield.

As a Senior Producer, you will provide strategic recommendations and lead marketing initiatives, guiding productions from creation to deployment. You will report to the Senior Producer of Production Execution and collaborate with content creators, partners, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing assets, including key art, design systems, and video
• Track marketing assets and approvals daily
• Summarise stakeholder feedback clearly
• Initiate music licensing and composition requests
• Forecast plans and allocate resources
• Respond rapidly to executive and senior leadership requests
• Partner with studio producers to integrate game assets into marketing projects
• Lead discussions with senior partners across various departments
• Communicate creative vision to production partners and stakeholders
• Guide and manage team members during the creative process

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in a related field
• Ability to distill complex plans into essential milestones
• Experience working in high-pressure production environments
• Conflict management skills
• Understanding of production workflows and long-term effects of creative decisions
• Experience working with developers and external vendors
• Proficient knowledge of production tracking tools like Asana, Frame.io, Airtable, and Shotgrid
