Based on the shop floor at Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill, your role is to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves by combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and genuine passion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Building and maintaining a book of clients to encourage replenishment and book appointments
• Embracing teamwork with a collaborative spirit, supporting managers and colleagues while adapting quickly to change
• Championing world-class artistry and delivering an impeccable customer experience as a dedicated Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador
• Maintaining company grooming standards and presenting a polished, professional appearance at all times

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG, a passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, experience in makeup application, and a positive, energetic attitude.
