As a Software Engineer, you will be part of an agile team that designs, develops, tests, and delivers new features and improvements to our products. You will have technical leadership responsibilities and work on full lifecycle development, DevOps, microservices, AI technology, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Full Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.
- DevOps & Microservices: Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.
- Embrace AI technology: Leverage AI to accelerate the team's productivity and delivery of customer features.
- Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues.
- Support & Growth: Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in software development.
- Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.
- Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript.
- Experience with data science/AI.
- Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery.
