Performance Management Reporting Analyst

Prudential is seeking a Performance Management Reporting Analyst to assist in the delivery of consolidated financial results of key financial metrics. The successful candidate will be based in Kuala Lumpur and work closely with the Group Financial Performance Management team and the broader Group Performance Management team in Hong Kong.

The role involves:

• Assisting in the consolidation and analysis of Group and LBU level financial results and forecasts
• Familiarising with enterprise-wide financial reporting systems and assisting in data processing
• Producing presentations to senior management
• Improving existing processes with a go-getter attitude
• Supporting ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• 0-2 years of work experience in Actuarial / Accounting / Finance domain
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as OneStream, Cognos, and POWER BI
• Intermediate level of understanding of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent and self-starter attitude
