Striker, South East Sydney

As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) at Red Bull, you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch in South East Sydney, delivering executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts.

You will be responsible for:

• Territory ownership: delivering against key targets and metrics, building close relationships with 3rd party partners, and mastering power selling sales techniques
• Business development: strategically approaching a defined geographical territory, executing effective visitation of allocated accounts, and increasing distribution width and depth in existing customers
• Long-term sales drivers: developing relationships with key customers and new business leads, driving in-store presence of Red Bull, and winning "cold can" and cashier placement in all channels
• Short-term sales drivers: preselling and executing displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience required, FMCG experience preferred
• Ability to manage and cultivate good working relationships
• Strong selling skills (negotiation and objection handling) and commercial awareness
• Naturally organised, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• A valid and full driver's license is required
• Proficient in written and verbal English
