About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in Training and Large Order Support, your main responsibilities will include:

• Organising and conducting training and empowerment activities for channel support teams and partners;
• Planning, organising, and promoting various training activities;
• Providing targeted training for BDD/BDM to develop high-performance teams;
• Supporting internal and external meetings;
• Collaborating with the training team to provide on-site, large order coaching, and online training;
• Supporting large order sales and VIP client events.

Requirements

• University degree or above;
• 3+ years of experience in insurance or banking, with training or high-net-worth client experience preferred;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
