Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst

As a Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst at NVIDIA, you will work on improving business processes, optimizing tool infrastructure, and increasing the ease of doing business with NVIDIA.

Responsibilities:

• Own rebate and pricing platforms end-to-end, defining the business vision, identifying workflow gaps, and driving global adoption.
• Lead manual execution of key rebate programs, creating, managing, and distributing accurate partner statements.
• Oversee first-level claim approvals, establishing SOPs, resolving escalations, and ensuring partner claims are processed accurately.
• Drive complex system implementations, coordinating across IT, Salesforce, finance, and pricing.
• Translate new partner incentive models into scalable, automated processes.
• Use program data and incentive metrics to diagnose issues and validate rebate accuracy.
• Apply AI and automation to eliminate manual steps in rebate validation and claim approvals.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in channel partner programs, business operations, or a similar role at a global technology company.
• Deep knowledge of multi-tier channel structures and hands-on experience delivering channel rebate programs.
• Experience managing or mentoring data processors, support analysts, or claim approval teams.
• Consistent track record deploying and optimizing enterprise rebate or incentive platforms.
• Ability to run large system rollouts end-to-end and strong documentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools applied to high-volume channel operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, MIS, or a related field.
