Sales & Artistry Coordinator - Vancouver

We are seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving optimal financial results by maximizing top-line sales potential and ensuring superior service to customers
• Overseeing day-to-day operations on counter, strategizing future needs, and executing sales, brand engagement, merchandising, operations, training, and retail relationships
• Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities through artistry, education, and operations
• Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service and the Tilbury Touch
• Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners and teams
• Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience
• 2+ years of beauty retail management experience
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to influence others and excellent communication skills

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $100,000 - $107,000 CAD
