Description
As an Associate Producer at EA SPORTS™ NHL, you will play a crucial role in shaping player experiences from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with creative, technical, and leadership partners to drive complex feature development and ensure outstanding gameplay experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating product goals into compelling features and experiences
- Leading features from early concept through release
- Driving the creation and evolution of high-impact gameplay, systems, and live content features
- Collaborating with design, development directors, and partner teams to ensure alignment
- Using player feedback, data insights, and design sensibilities to inform priorities and decisions
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in game production, product management, or similar roles, with proven experience leading feature delivery and strong familiarity with Agile and waterfall development processes. Required skills include:
- Experience with online-enabled features and live service considerations
- Ability to create staged product plans, user stories, and clear feature requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
- Experience defining or contributing to feature-level vision and long-term player experience goals
Bonus skills include experience with UI/UX, technical aptitude, and experience working in R&D or innovation-oriented environments.
