Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Meadowhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.
You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, showcasing our food products, providing recommendations, and ensuring customers feel valued. You'll need to be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
As a team player, you'll work collaboratively to deliver a seamless customer experience, adapt to changing demands, and support colleagues during busy periods.
Schedule:
- Monday: 06:00 - 10:00
- Tuesday: 06:00 - 10:00
- Saturday: 13:15 - 22:00
Additional Requirements: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
