In this role, you will focus on the Explorer, Aviator, and Explorer Interceptor programs, ensuring high-quality vehicle hardware and resolving issues in real-time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering current model quality improvement projects to achieve warranty and cost objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in design, manufacturing, and supplier issues
- Leading plant trials for quality, cost, and supplier improvements
- Supporting plant quality meetings, report-outs, and reviews
- Initiating and supporting Worldwide Engineering Release System (WERS) concerns and alerts

The salary range for this position varies by grade level:
- Salary grade 5: $65,100-$109,300
- Salary grade 6: $74,300-$124,500
- Salary grade 7: $86,600-$144,900
- Salary grade 8: $99,100-$166,200
