Junior Payroll Administrator / Personnel Administration

We are seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator / Personnel Administration to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.

As part of our payroll administration team, you will support various administrative and organisational tasks. You will record payroll-relevant data in our systems, create contracts and documents, communicate with employees and authorities, and ensure careful management of personnel files.

With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility and eventually manage a group of employees as a competent contact person for all payroll-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support payroll administration for Red Bull subsidiaries in Austria
• Assist with personnel administration from entry to exit, including contract creation and personnel file management
• Collaborate with HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Team

Requirements:

• Completed commercial education or equivalent (e.g., apprenticeship, high school diploma)
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in HR or payroll
• Strong MS Office skills and clear, professional communication abilities
• SAP knowledge and basic payroll course are advantageous
• High level of initiative, accuracy, and structured work style
• Service-oriented with a focus on teamwork

The minimum collective contractual salary for this position is €2,251 per month gross.
