Director, Consulting

The Director, Consulting will lead and grow the consulting practice across Hong Kong and Taiwan, driving strategic client engagements focused on workplace transformation, change management, real estate optimization, and office relocation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the consulting business across Hong Kong and Taiwan, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Develop and execute market strategies to strengthen the firm's position in workplace strategy, change management, and real estate advisory services.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with corporate occupiers, real estate leaders, HR executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams to drive cross-border opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Serve as executive sponsor and lead advisor on complex consulting engagements.
• Provide strategic guidance on future workplace strategies, portfolio optimization, employee experience, organizational change, and complex workplace transformation programs.
• Lead development of strategic recommendations, business cases, workplace visions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure consulting projects are delivered to high standards of quality, innovation, and commercial success.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants across Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
• Provide coaching, career development, and performance management for team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of consulting, workplace strategy, real estate advisory, or organizational change management experience.
• Significant experience leading workplace transformation and office relocation projects for corporate clients.
• Deep technical knowledge of Workplace strategy, Change management methodologies, Real estate portfolio strategy, Occupancy and workplace analytics, Office relocation planning and execution, Employee experience and future-of-work strategies.
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing senior client relationships.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and managing people performance and development.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L awareness.
• Experience working across Hong Kong and Taiwan markets preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.
