Sales Trainee

This Sales Trainee role in Taunton is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. You'll support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects, and maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans
• Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
