Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products
- Utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other
- Be flexible and adapt to changing demands of the retail environment
Working hours:
- Friday 16:30-23:00
- Saturday 16:30-23:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
