Head of Operations, Global Affairs

Electronic Arts' Global Affairs Team is seeking a leader for the Global Affairs operations team, supporting a 200-person organisation. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise goals.
• Design and deliver a Global Affairs operations strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead and develop the Global Affairs Operations team, setting clear expectations and building a service-oriented culture.
• Manage the Global Affairs budget planning and management.
• Select and manage technology solutions to drive efficiency in the department.
• Partner with department leaders to manage outside counsels, technology providers, and managed services relationships.
• Partner with department leaders and People Experience on talent planning and people processes.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of operation experience across people, processes, and technology within a corporate or law firm setting.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong financial planning and management skills with experience in budget oversight and analysis.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Experience overseeing technology solutions and AI initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions.
