Performance Management Analyst

In this role, you will report to the Financial Reporting Lead and provide accurate financial statements of the company, ensuring they comply with various GAAPs and regulations.

Job Description:

• Involve in the business plan process, including preparation and analysis of IFRS results, and coordinate submissions to the regional office on a timely basis. Participate in the IFRS forecast process regularly.
• Contribute to the SCB phase 3 project, primarily for RBC.
• Engage in the RBC II Project.
• Prepare annual reports, reviewing accounting policies and compiling financial numbers, ensuring reports are timely and accurate.
• Assist in managing and executing ad-hoc changes in regulatory requirements or current processes.
• Provide guidance and support to new colleagues as needed.

Working Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting

• ACCA

Education:
