Description
As a Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will play a crucial role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service.
This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities include evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage or areas of concern, recommending appropriate solutions, and performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade, along with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners.

- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for the first 2-4 weeks, with 100% commission and annual earnings potential ranging from $60k to over $100k
