Healthcare Business Development, Consultant/Specialist (Manager/Assistant Manager)

We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable person in Health Products with strong sales experience to join our team to support our agents in selling our expanded health and critical illness insurance product lines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing in-depth product training and education to our agents to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and service our health and critical illness insurance products
• Assisting agents with complex policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and claims support for our health and critical illness products
• Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements or agent training improvements
• Collaborating with the marketing and underwriting teams to develop sales materials, policy specimens, and other resources to support agent success
• Staying up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and competitor offerings in the health and critical illness insurance space
• Performing other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 7 years of experience in insurance and financial services with relevant experience in Health & Wellness
• Sharp business mind and strong analytical skills to study competitors' information and user feedback to drive sales
• Good communication skills to translate consumers' wants and needs into designs
• Quick learner and able to work independently with little supervision
• Good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills.
