We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment to join our team at Target.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs.

Responsibilities:

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues
Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions
Maintain interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness
Accurately execute all Fills
Process all inbound deliveries
Complete all backroom weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
Work in a safe manner at all times
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
