Assistant Manager Technical

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Collateral Management team as an Assistant Manager - Technical. The team is responsible for credit risk mitigation through collateralization of OTC/Repo/FX products. You will provide daily operations support, ensure controls are carried out, and serve as a primary contact for business and clients for escalation issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding collateral-related counterparty risk exposure management and client portfolio valuations
• Maintaining the highest level of client service
• Ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
• Providing process improvement ideas and assisting in implementation
• Assisting in projects and testing of new workflows and tools
• Producing root cause analysis and follow-through to eradicate causes
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures

Requirements:

• Quick learner with an interest in the banking industry
• Ability to work in a team and develop good relations with stakeholders
• Good business communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel
• Basic knowledge of derivative products and financial markets
• Understanding of ISDA and CSA is a plus

The ideal candidate will support the Collateral Services business, build relationships with Business Partners, and continually reassess operational risks associated with the role.
