Technology Lead, L4B Core Sales

Logitech is seeking a Technology Lead to join their IT Digital Growth Solutions team as a core member, designing, governing, and scaling their global Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring the Salesforce platform is secure, scalable, and fully leveraged to drive business transformation across the L4B Sales & Marketing organization.

The Role: The Technology Lead will work on-site in Chennai, India, and will be responsible for:

• Solution Design: Defining the end-to-end technical solution and roadmap for the Salesforce platform to support Logitech for Business capabilities.
• AI Integration & Automation: Leading the integration of AI and automation to transform the Salesforce space.
• Platform Governance: Establishing and enforcing design standards, best practices, and code review processes.
• Cross-Functional Strategy: Partnering with Digital Office teams and Security, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into high-level technical designs.
• Solution Delivery: Overseeing comprehensive Sales & marketing solution delivery, including complex integrations.
• Technical Mentorship: Mentoring junior developers and administrators.

Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10+ years of experience working in the IT industry
• 6+ years of experience designing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform
• Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative, Programming and Administration
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Quote-to-Cash and PRM business processes
• Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs
• Salesforce.com Platform Developer & Designer certifications

Preferred Skills:

• Java Developer or SQL certification
• Work experience using standard HTML/CSS/Javascript practices
• Expertise in CRM Analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
