Production Technician

Racing Electronics at NASCAR is seeking a Production Technician to assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair communications products.

The successful candidate will work with electronic components, cables, and equipment to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, test, and package communications products such as car harnesses, headset cables, and circuit boards
• Prepare cables and wiring by stripping, tinning, shielding, and applying heat shrink materials
• Install wires, switches, and other components into product housings and assemblies
• Solder wires, connectors, and electronic components
• Troubleshoot and repair assembled products and finished goods
• Support product customizations and special projects
• Operate production equipment and maintain an organized work environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of manufacturing, assembly, or technical repair experience (preferred)
• Soldering experience (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with company-provided hardware and software, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
