Commercial Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Supervisor to join our growing team. As a Commercial Roofing Supervisor, you will lead commercial roofing crews, coordinate installations and repairs safely and on schedule, conduct site inspections to maintain quality control, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial roofing crews
• Coordinate installations and repairs safely and on schedule
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers and management
• Maintain proactive communication and deliver exceptional customer service throughout every stage of each commercial roofing project
• Manage performance through coaching, accountability, and team development

Requirements:

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience
• One to two years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of low-slope roofing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage field teams, handle multiple priorities, solve job site challenges, and maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
