Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will design and develop NLP/LLM/GenAI applications and products, explore state-of-the-art models and techniques, and deploy REST APIs or minimalistic UIs for NLP applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design NLP/LLM/GenAI applications/products by following robust coding practices
• Explore SoTA models/techniques for automotive industry use cases
• Conduct ML experiments to train/infer models
• Deploy REST APIs or minimalistic UIs for NLP applications using Docker and Kubernetes tools
• Showcase NLP/LLM/GenAI applications to users through web frameworks
• Converge multibots into super apps using LLMs with multimodalities
• Develop agentic workflows using Autogen, Agentbuilder, langgraph
• Build modular AI/ML products that can be consumed at scale

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths or Science
• Performed modern NLP/LLM courses/open competitions
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork
• Experience in LLM models, Gen AI model development, and multimodalities
• Implemented real-world chatbots or conversational agents at scale
• Experience in developing image generation/translation tools using latent diffusion models
• Expertise in handling large-scale structured and unstructured data

Requirements:

• High familiarity with DL theory/practices in NLP applications
• Comfort level with coding in ADK, A2A, AgentSkills, Ontology, Huggingface, LangGraph, LangChain, Chainlit, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit-learn, Numpy, and Pandas
• Knowledge in fundamental text data processing
• Implemented real-world BERT/other transformer fine-tuned models
• Familiarity with Docker tools, pipenv/conda/poetry env, and Github
• Use of GCP services like BigQuery, Cloud function, Cloud run, Cloud Build, VertexAI
• Experience in using GPU/CPU of cloud and on-prem infrastructures
• Skillset to leverage cloud platform for Data Engineering, Big Data, and ML needs
• Use of Dockers, orchestration tools, and CI/CD infrastructure as code tools
• Good UI skills to visualize and build better applications
