Description
We are Datadog's internal product experts. The Technical Solutions team enables Datadog's global growth by educating potential customers, satisfying and succeeding existing customers through demos, presentations, technical assessments, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training on the platform through various channels (ticketing system, live chat, screen sharing tools)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and reproduce problems with Datadog's 1000+ integrations
- Obtain demo certification and lead product demos for customers
- Participate in product discussions with internal teams based on customer feedback
- Train as a specialist with advanced knowledge of Datadog products
- Work at least 3 days a week in a Datadog office
Requirements:
- Experience with multi-channel technical support in a SaaS company (at least 2 years of relevant experience)
- Experience using Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
- Troubleshooting and programming experience
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously
- Client-centric approach with critical thinking
- Effective communication skills in writing and speaking
- Programming experience with basic knowledge of Linux
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Business-level or native Japanese language skills (conversation and reading/writing)
